  Approve minutes dated: January 23, 2025

Consider Requests for Excused Absences

• Recommended Action:

  Approve excused absences for Member Korgan and Member Redo from the January 23, 2025, Measure P Citizens Oversight Committee meeting.

Authorize the Chair to Work with Staff to Finalize and Submit the Annual Activities Reports For Fiscal Years 2023-24 and 2024-25

• Recommended Action:

  Committee authorize the Chair to work with staff to finalize and submit.

Discuss and Consider Amendments to the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Measure P Spending Plan

Department: Finance

• Recommended Action:

  Review the recommended Fiscal Year 2024-25 Measure P Infrastructure, Facilities, and Equipment Expenditure Plan (“Expenditure Plan”) amendments and find that the recommended amendments are in compliance with the requirements of the Measure P Expenditure Plan.

Consider the Proposed Measure P Spending Plan for Fiscal Year 2025-26, Determine Compliance with Measure P Requirements, and Recommend City Council Incorporation into the Budget

• Recommended Action:

  Consider the proposed FY2025-26 Measure P Spending Plan, determine compliance with Measure P requirements, and recommend City Council approval and incorporation of the proposed FY2025-26 Measure P Spending Plan into the City’s Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget.

• Recommended Action:

  Receive the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Measure P Sales Tax Financial Report as of March 31, 2025 (Quarter 3) based on unaudited information.

6.2

Presentation of the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Measure P Sales Tax Fund Compliance with the Infrastructure, Facilities and Equipment Expenditure Plan Report

Department: Finance

• Recommended Action:

  Receive the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Measure P Sales Tax Annual Report. Provide comments and recommend presentation to City Council.
