Consider Setting a Time Limit for Meetings and Adopting Related Meeting Conduct Rules

• Recommended Action:

  Adopt a resolution setting a time limit of two hours for Commission meetings and related meeting conduct rules.

Approve the Fiscal Year 2023/24 Annual Report of Commission Activities for Submission to the City Council

• Recommended Action:

  Approve the annual report of activities for submission to the City Council by July 1, 2024.

PUBLIC COMMENTS

The public may address the Commission on any subject matter within the Commission’s jurisdiction that is not listed as an item on the agenda.
