    Approve the recommended action on the below consent calendar items.

    Approve excused absences for Member Freels from the April 25, 2024, Measure P Citizens Oversight Committee meeting and Member Redo from the July 25, 2024, Measure P Citizens Oversight Committee meeting.

    Make a recommendation to the City Council to adjust the term dates for Measure P COC members due to Measure P's extension and the continued necessity for the Committee to meet.
