  Commission approve the minutes

Appointment of an Administrative Law Judge and determination of the Judge's decision-making authority regarding a Notice of Appeal of Discipline submitted by a City Employee in accordance with Civil Service Rule 1.08 (B)(2)(d)

• Recommended Action:

  Appoint an Administrative Law Judge to preside at the appeal hearing and either (a) prepare a recommendation for the Commission to consider and decide the appeal; or (b) issue a final decision for the appeal on behalf of the Commission
